KIS Online learning - Week 4-5

Movement Composition (week 2&3)

If you have already uploaded your video last week, then go to Week 2 task, if not, please complete week 1:)

Week 1 Watch the videos attached and try out lots of different ways in which you like to move. Think about what kind of physical activities you like to do and move - it can be anything from basketball, dance, gymnastics, skipping.. anything, you choose! Practice and perform as many movements as you can and upload to Seesaw.

Week 2 & 3 Choose one or a few moves from the activity/sport you have chosen that you like doing or do well (can be a dance/gymnastic/yoga/skipping move, football/basketball/tennis trick, a skateboard/rollerblade manouvre). Can you video yourself doing it THEN record yourself explaining what you do and how you do it. Today, YOU ARE THE TEACHER! You will explain to others how you do it! If you have a brother/sister/mum/dad/aunt/friend/dog, maybe they can join in too? See the videos below! You can use slow motion or cool videos effects - House points for the best videos! Please do this by next Friday (29th May) Have a look at the incredible work of some of the G3's here! Can you do something similar?!

Daily Reminder

Morning everybody!

Don't forget to do at least one activity EVERY day for at least 20 minutes and then upload a video onto Seesaw. Don't forget to comment on it. How do you feel when you do something active? Think physically (is your body warm? did you sweat? which muscles or parts of the body did you use do you think?) and also mentally (did you enjoy playing? why? what were you thinking as you played?) Don't forget to comment (nicely!) on your classmates video. What are they doing really well?

Super Sporty Videos!!

We are going to feature the most creative videos of you guys working out on here! So, use your best ICT/acting or just sporting skills and upload them to Seesaw. Don't forget you can use Imovie or TikTok (#mrbenpe #stayathomeskills #kis) to add cool music and effects!

This weeks' top video goes to Arj in G4 for his James Bond-esque video for doing the plank! Great work!
